“Be Prepared”

The Scout Motto: Baden-Powell, an English soldier, developed the Scout motto: Be Prepared. He published it in the magazine Scouting for Boys in 1908.

I share this quote and informational tidbit because since my days in Scouting I have always ascribed to this philosophy. It described the intent of Everyday Carry before EDC was a global phenomenon. I find it only fitting to share with you my EDC essentials, which are pictured below. I hope this blog inspires you to take action and to always Be Prepared. – Mr. EDC
